Prior to founding his firm in 1988, Bill held management and executive assignments with Genuine Parts Company, ADP, and FedEx.
Co-author of the Contented Cows leadership book series, he coaches and advises managers worldwide on the topics of leadership, employee engagement, and discretionary effort. Outside of work, he has a serious addiction to fly fishing, and a passion for improving the lot of those in need of lifesaving organ transplants.
