Carrie Varoquiers

Vice President of Global Impact, Workday & President, Workday Foundation

Carrie Varoquiers is responsible for philanthropic grant-making, employee community involvement programs, environmental sustainability efforts, diversity and belonging, employee well-being, and corporate citizenship reporting at Workday, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources.

Prior to joining Workday, Carrie served as president of the McKesson Foundation and vice president of corporate citizenship at McKesson Corporation. Carrie developed the McKesson Foundation Mobilizing for Health grant initiative, which encourages the use of mobile technologies in chronic care. As well, she founded Giving Comfort, a not-for-profit program supporting low-income chemotherapy patients. Prior to joining McKesson, Carrie was founder and president of Cause Partners, a cause marketing consulting firm based in San Francisco, California. Carrie has also held various positions at Levi Strauss & Co., including program director responsible for cause marketing programs for all Levi brands.

Carrie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University, a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley. She is also an advisory board member of Charlie Cart.
