Dorota Walters is an HR practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience
in strategic management in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. She has
implemented and managed various aspects of HR in hospitality, fastmoving
consumer goods, finance and construction within American and
European multinational organizations such as Sheraton, Pepsi, Citibank
and Hilti. Dorota has also worked for government institutions and family
businesses in the Middle East, which has significantly broadened her scope
of understanding of global organizational structures and cultures.
Throughout her international career, Dorota has developed expertise
across the HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, talent development,
manpower planning, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and
diversity and inclusion.
Dorota brings a wide variety of case studies and experience from HR
startups, business transformations, and business culture change projects
after mergers and acquisitions.

Dorota holds a Master’s degree in Sinology from Warsaw University,
Oriental Studies Institute. Dorota is Polish and has lived in most European
