Florence is Senior Manager for Knowledge & Development. She is responsible for managing Knowledge capital, Research and Development at Community Business serving as one of the lead reviewers for their LGBT Inclusion Index, Women on Boards Report, Quarterly Asia News service on D&I in the region.
Florence is a UK qualified solicitor with comprehensive experience in the legal sector. Grounded in public and private legal experience, she moved into corporate, working at a leading global Big Four accounting and consulting firm in London. She has since worked for Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore as a Global Mobility Manager for the ASEAN region and leading HR law specialists, Lewis Silkin.
Over the years, Florence has become increasingly involved with Pro Bono, CSR and D&I work. Her interest in thought leadership, inclusive business practices and employee rights in the workplace has led her to become part of Community Business team. She is a volunteer coach with the Hong Kong Football Club Crusaders programme for teens with special needs and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Born in the UK, raised in both UK and HK, Florence speaks Cantonese and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
