Gordon Fuller

Vice President and Chief Learning Officer, IBM

Gordon Fuller leads a team of designers, developers, learning consultants and delivery specialists in 172 countries. He has personally led many of the key initiatives for IBM in particular the IBM Your Learning cloud-based learning experience platform. He is currently leading the development of cognitive applications that will pave the way to the era of Intelligent Learning. In addition to the development of innovative solutions, his team is responsible for the articulation of rapid enablement best practices and the strategic alignment of learning design to the business. He co-leads IBM’s efforts in the area of Learning and Workforce Transformation.

Prior to his current role, Fuller was responsible for the design and development of learning solutions for the IBM Enterprise and Business Unit Portfolios. He is a founding member of the Digital Learning Consortium, sits on several Advisory Boards, consults with Fortune 500 clients and is the holder of 2 patents.

Prior to joining IBM, he worked with PwCC where he led the Sales Effectiveness Group for the Financial Services practice, focused on Private Banking and Insurance, before leading the Customer Relationship Learning Design practice.

Before joining PwCC in 1995 he held senior positions in the UK financial services industry. He is a native of Scotland, married with 3 children and has lived and worked in the USA since 2001.
