Janeen is currently Director, Talent at lululemon athletica. In this role she is responsible for global talent strategy including leadership development, organization learning, retail training, recruitment, and performance management. Janeen has over 15 years of diverse experience in post-secondary and corporate settings, including 7 years at Starbucks Coffee Canada where she lead the learning and development efforts across the country. Janeen holds a M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources, and a B.A. in Psychology (Hons.) from Queen's University. She is a certified professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, and holds the Canadian Human Resource Professional designation (CHRP). Janeen is mom to two girls who keep her busy with gymnastics, piano and countless art projects.
