Dr. Pagan serves as the Senior Director, Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics at Ascension. His work focuses on developing robust workforce analytics for decision support and building workforce planning and assessment capabilities in full alignment with long-term business imperatives. Dr. Pagan joined Ascension in 2011 and has held numerous talent management roles, with enterprise responsibilities that include designing and implementing talent acquisition solutions, performance management, succession planning, executive assessment and M & A.
