Karen Guzicki

HCI Faculty

Karen Guzicki is an Executive and Organizational Development leader with
extensive experience in a variety of world class organizations spanning
diverse industries and geographies. She is currently the Founder and
Principal Consultant of the Guzicki Group, an executive and organizational
development consulting firm. Karen provides expertise in the areas of
change and transition, leadership development, organizational strategy
and talent management infrastructure. Karen also served as a volunteer
for the HR Pro Bono Corps, a foundation dedicated to providing free
consulting services to not-for-profit organizations.

Karen has a Bachelor of Arts from Bethel College and a Master of
Management in Organizational Development from Aquinas College.
Karen holds multiple professional certifications including several from the
Human Capital Institute; Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Performance
Management Innovation, and Strategic HR Business Partner.

In addition to serving as faculty for the Human Capital Institute Karen is an
adjunct professor at Aquinas College teaching Organizational Behavior.
Karen lives in Michigan with her adrenaline junkie husband Mark and her
three children.
