With nearly twenty years of senior leadership in the human resources field – both domestically and internationally – Kristofer M. Cooper is Chief Human Resources Officer for MorseLife. Kris has responsibility for the development and implementation of all human resources, as well as recruitment, talent and professional development, compensation and benefits for more than 3,000 employees working for six operating entities. Kris is also responsibility for leading the newly developed MorseLife Clinical Staffing, a subsidiary of MorseLife. Prior to joining MorseLife, he worked for Burger King Corporation, heading up its global talent development function as Senior Director of Human Resources. During his tenure at Burger King, he also served as Senior Director for its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations, based in Zurich, Switzerland, with overall human resources responsibility for company and franchise operations. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Kris is a member of the Society for Human Resources, the American Society for Training and Development and the Human Resources Planning Society. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Capital University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University.
