Recruited by the SVP of HR as one of Hearthside’s original employees, Krystal joined the startup in 2009 as a Data Analyst. The company quickly grew to 7,500 people and 24 locations. Krystal’s responsibilities and accomplishments also grew, progressing through a series of promotions, including: HRIS Manager, Human Capital Performance Manager, Organizational Development Manager, Recruitment Manager, and most recently HRD Manager. Through each successive role, Krystal drove innovation and change, leveraging technology and HR best practices. Krystal is based in Michigan and is graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a degree in Business Administration.
