Leela Srinivasan is Chief Marketing Officer at San Francisco-based Lever, the venture-backed recruiting software company that is powering a more human approach to talent acquisition for over 1,200 companies globally. She is responsible for all aspects of Lever's marketing, and partners with the People team on employer branding initiatives. Previously, Leela served as VP Marketing at OpenTable, where she built product marketing from scratch and established the foundations of the B2B marketing team. Prior to that, Leela spent four and a half years as a marketing leader in LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business, co-founding LinkedIn's Talent Connect conference and the LinkedIn 100 while publishing a wealth of recruiting research and best practices content. Additionally, she worked in management consulting for Bain and Company in San Francisco and London, and has several years of experience in sales and sales management. Leela earned her MBA in General Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and her MA in History and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh in her native Scotland. She resides in the San Francisco bay area with her husband and three daughters.
