Lindsay Westra is the Customer VIP Manager for North America (NA) and Latin America (LA). She has been with SuccessFactors since May 2013 and is responsible for identifying and sharing talent management best practices across the SuccessFactors customer community through webinars and regional customer events. Lindsay received a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
