Melissa Davis is the Senior Director of Leadership & Organization Development for T-Mobile in Bellevue, WA. She has been with T-Mobile since January 2011. Melissa has 20 years of experience in the areas of leadership development and talent management across technology, finance and energy industries. Today, she leads a group of learning and development professionals who work across T-Mobile partnering with leaders to implement innovative talent solutions for talent review and succession planning, leadership development and high-potential development. Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s of science degree in HR and OD from Johns Hopkins University.
