With a background in Anthropology and 11 years of experience in branding and communications, Nicole has a deep understanding of culture and purpose as it pertains to developing impactful employer brands. Since joining Symphony Talent in 2011, Nicole has helped build brands for industry leaders like NYU Langone Health, Hilton Grand Vacations, Unilever, Reyes Holdings, The Home Depot, and LBrands. Nicole holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Georgia and an MA in Anthropology from Georgia State University. She believes that there is magic in uncovering the true personality of your employer brand and unleashing it through design and storytelling.
