Dr. Sara P. Weiner is a Principal Consultant of Organizational Development Science at Glint. Before joining the Glint team, Sara was the Consulting Leader for North America in IBM/Kenexa, where she led a large team of consultants and research scientists. She has specialized in designing surveys and using analytics to provide insight to the C-Suite of clients helping them to make sound business decisions about their workforce. Sara has deep expertise in the area of employee survey research, and specifically employee engagement and high performance. She has published articles and book chapters and has made dozens of presentations at international conferences on many aspects of workplace talent contributing to the attraction and retention of top talent and improved business outcomes. Sara is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
