Shari is VP of Change, Communications and Engagement at Neovia, with responsibility for change management, communications, employee engagement, company culture, and corporate responsibility. For over 15 years, she has partnered with leading companies and their executives to transform, lead change, activate their strategies, engage employees, and build strong organizations and workplace cultures.
Before joining Neovia, Shari was SVP and Director at Ketchum Change, a boutique change management consultancy. She also held roles as a change management leader at Dell and a consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. Shari is a certified SPHR and received her BA and MBA from Yale.
