Sheila is the VP, Global Talent Acquisition at PepsiCo where she is responsible for leading the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.  In this role, she collaborates with members of PepsiCo’s leadership team to ensure our agenda is globally connected and delivers on strategic imperatives that support the ever changing business landscape.

Providing leading practices and innovative tools and approaches to attract & engage with talent across the globe is what motivates and inspires Sheila and her team, comprised of Global Campus, Pipeline, Analystics and Insights, Program Management Office and Talent Attraction & Engagement.

Strengthening PepsiCo’s position as an employer of choice across the globe is a key priority that cuts across all of Sheila’s teams and is paramount to achieving our talent magnet goals.

Sheila has spent her entire career in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner, Change Agent and most predominantly a Talent Acquisition  professional.  Outside of work, Sheila leads an active life where she enjoys sailing and skiing with her family.
