Therasa Cha is a Director of People and Culture at TASER International. Therasa studied International Business and Economics at the University of Puget Sound and has worked at companies such as Amazon, Microsoft and F5 Networks. She has worked in a number of Talent Acquisition fields including sourcing and scheduling leadership, candidate experience optimization, recruiting process organization, talent acquisition analytics, recruiting technologies, and channel vendor management.
