Tom joined Hodes in October 2015 as Head of Social. His role reaches across social media, content and digital – leading the agency in how to leverage these increasingly powerful platforms for employers around the world. From strategy creation and community management, to team training and digital campaigns – Tom’s knowledge of all things social allows him to analyse and create solutions for the Snapchat-generation, as well as more experienced social audiences. Tom leads social strategy for clients such as Unilever and Mars.
